四川省综合医院住院病人疾病谱的调查与分析

ANAIYSE AND SURVEY OF THE STRUCTURE OF DISEASES OF THE INPATIENTS IN SICHUAN

本文采用随机分层抽样的方法,调查了1988年和1989年,四川省卫生部门县以上综合医院住院病人中的疾病构成现状,发现疾病构成与国内其它地区有一定差异,心理、社会因素为主引起的疾病有上升的趋势。认为全面了解疾病谱的变化是临床、教学、科研决策的关键,加强疾病构成,变化的宣传、教育,提高人们心理、卫生素质至关重要,建立统一的疾病分类方法是医疗、教学。

The authors,by means of randomly stratified sample make a survey of thestructure and present situation of the inpatients with disases in the general hospi-tals above county level in Sichuan province form 1988 to 1989 shows that thestructure of diseases is different with other areas in china and the psychogenicand social diseases are incresasing.They believe that,to fully understand the varia-tion of the structure of diseases is a key of clinic,teaching and research;It isvery impotant to introduce and propagandize this problem wrgently and to promotepsychogenic health;It is necessary to establish a united nosology for clincal,teach-ing and research.
