青石棉诱发大鼠腹膜间皮瘤的酶组织化学及超微结构的观察

OBSERVATION ON THE ENZYME-HISTOCHEMLISTRY AND ULTRASTRUCTURE OF THE PERITONEAL MESOTHELIOMA INDUCED BY CROCIDOLITE

本文报告22例大鼠腹膜间皮瘤进行酶组化超微结构的综合研究,发现间皮瘤主要由 EC、FlC、IC、PMC 细胞组成。上皮型瘤细胞内脱氢酶活性高于纤维型,脱水酶活性低于纤维型。结果说明:不同类型的间皮瘤细胞其酶活性表现各异,间皮瘤的发生可能为多起源。本文还报道未定型间皮瘤的酶活性及超微结构的特点,这将有助于进一步认识间皮瘤的组织学类型以及临床的鉴别诊断。

The study on the enzyme-histochemical and ultrastructural observation of 22 rat peritoneal mesothelioma was re- ported in the paper,The results showed the perioneal mesothelioma was made of four various cells(EC,FLC,IC and PMC).The activity of dehydrogenases was eleveratied and that of hydrolases was lowered in epithelial tumor cell.But in the fibrous tumor cells,the oppsite case could be found.Meanwhile the characcteric of 3 nondetermined mesothilioma were described,too.The all results indecate that mesothelioma may be multifocal:the epithelial type can origin from the mesothlium and the fibrous type from the submesothlium.
