应用蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术监测氯化饮水的致突变性 被引量:2

摘要 本文应用蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术对氯化饮水进行了致突变检测。研究结果表明:原水未检出致突变性,出厂水呈阳性。结果与 Ames 试验对氯化饮水测定结果一致。本试验具有灵敏、可靠、费用低和操作简便等优点。 A study of mutagenic activity of chorinated drinking water was carried out by using micronucleus test in vicia Faba Root Tip Cell.The results showed that no mutagenic activity was detected in raw wates and nutagenic activity was de- tected in finished water.The results consisted with Ame's test.This test possesses sensitivity,reliability,low cost and managebility.
