消炎痛栓治疗晚期癌症疼痛的疗效观察

EFFEST OF INDOMETHAEIN RECTAL SUPPOSITORY FOR THE PAIN SUFFERING FROM ADVANCED CANCERS

本文报道用消炎痛栓塞肛治疗晚期癌症疼痛患者35例,疼痛程度均在Ⅱ级以上。结果疼痛完全及明显缓解率74.3%,无效8.8%,几乎无毒副反应。作者认为本药对癌性疼痛疗效好,用药间隔时间长,使用方便,毒副作用小,无成瘾性,值得推广使用。对其止痛机理及影响疗效的因素亦作了讨论。

This paper reported that 35 cases with sevre pain suffering from advanced cancers were treated with Indomethacin Rectal suppository.The results showed that the ratio of complete and obvious emission was 74.3%,and the ratio of in- efficacy was 8.6%,with almost no side effet.The authors suggested that Indomethacin Rectal Suppository should be Widely used as it has good effect on the cancerous pain with a long half—life,and with no side effect and adication.Fur- thermore,its analgesic principle and affective factors for the effect were also disscussed in this paper.
