羊水及孕妇血清中甲胎蛋白的检测

DETECTION OF AFP OF AMNIOTIC FLUID AND PREGNANT WOMAN'S SERUM

我室用放射免疫扩散自显影技术,检测了本地区12—41周无并发症,并娩出为正常胎儿的孕妇血清237例,羊水245例,测得母血中 AFP 的正常值范围为41.8ng/ml—716.6ng/ml,羊水中 AFP 正常值范围为194.2ng/ml—20679.17ng/ml。并分别建立了各孕周母血和羊水中 AFP 正常值曲线和临界值。以此作为本室或本区神经管畸形检测的依据。

Using the immune diffusion Radioautography,We have detected the AFP of twelve to forty-one weeks pregnant woman's serum and amniotic fluid.The total serum saples are 237cases,amniotic fluid 245 cases.The normal value of pregnant woman's serum AFP is 41.8ng/ml-716.6ng/ml,and AFP of amniotic fluid is 194.2ng/ml-20679.17ng/ml. We have set up the normal curve AFP of pregnant woman's serum and amniotic fluid;and decided the crtical value.On the base of them,we diagnosis the fetus neural Tube Defect.
