谷维素治疗高脂血症164例疗效观察

TREATMENT OF HYPERLIPIDEMIA WITH ORYZANOL IN 164 PATIENTS

本文观察谷维素治疗164例高脂血症疗效,口服谷维素100mgTid,2周后血清胆固醇,甘油三酯平均值下降1.4mmol/L,有效率75％及87％,无副作用,对冠心病的防治有重要意义。

Studies showed that oryzanol could moderate the advances of hyperl-ipidemia with Inostiol nicotinate as control Oryzanol was given orally 100mg three times a day for two weers Inositol nicotinate was given orally0.5g three tivnes aday for four weers After treatment the cholesterol andtriglyceride level in blood were both reduced 1.4mmol/L The effective ra-tes of oryzanol awd inositol nile tinate group on serum cholesterol were75% to 61% respectively(P>0.05),but they were obviousty superion to thetof inositol nicotinate group on serum trlglyceride,87% to 37%,respectiuely(P<0.01)No side-effects were noted seggestion thenefore is proposed thatoryzanol has the advantcge to moderate the occurrence and the develop-ment of arteriosderoris
