牛磺酸钠棉酚的合成及其抗病毒试验研究

STUDIES ON THE SYNTHESIS AND ANTIVIRAL ACTIVITIES OF MEGOSIN

本文报道了牛磺酸钠棉酚合成的新工艺,并进行了其初步抗病毒试验研究。结果显示,新工艺合成的产品质量和稳定性均好;在实验条件下,只有在小病毒量感染时,牛磺酸钠棉酚才具有较好的活性。

An improved synthetic method of Megosin and its preliminary antiviral test were studied. The results showed that the quality and the stability of the product synthesized by the new technique were significantly improved and the antiviral activities could only be observed when virus infection was at low level under this test condition.
