非甾体抗炎药的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 关节炎和类风湿关节炎是一类胶原组织疾病。对这类炎症,早期的糖皮质激素甾体抗炎药(SAID)虽有较好疗效,但长期应用可产生依赖性,且有易引起肾上腺皮质功能衰退等副作用,五十年代后期便转向非甾体抗炎药(NSAID)的研究,试图获得疗效确实、副作用小且宜长期服用的药物。近几年来国内外对此类药物的研究十分活跃,并已取得了不少成果,现将有关进展综述如下。
