摘要
抗心律失常肽(AAP)用Merrifield固相多肽合成法合成,羟脯氨酸中的羟基用苄基保护。在药物诱导心律失常的动物模型中,AAP与其它抗心律失常药进行了抗心律失常活性的比较,证实了AAP的抗心律失常作用。
Antiarrhythmic peptide(AAP) was synthesized by solid phase synthesis using Merrifield resin and Boc stretagy. Hydroxy of hydroxyproline was protected by benzyl group. AAP was assayed for its antiarrhythmic activity. It significantly protected 6 of 10 (CaCl_2 model), 4 of 7 (ouabain model) from drug-induced arrhythmias in mice.It is proved that AAP has an antiarrhythmic effect.
