组胺H_2受体拮抗剂的研究——胍基噻唑衍生物的合成

STUDIES ON HISTAMINE H_2 RECEPTOR ANTAGONISTS—SYNTHESIS OF GUANIDINOTHIAZOLE DERIVATIVES

本文根据近年组胺H_2受体拮抗剂研究状况及有效药物结构的初探,设计、合成了十一个胍基噻唑衍生物,经体外药理筛选,证明所试的三个化合物,具有一定的拮抗H_2受体的活性。

Eleven guaninothiazole derivatives have been designed and synthesized according to the studies on histamine H_2 receptor antagonists in recent years. Three of them were tested in vitro for H_2 antihistamine activities on guineapigs' atria and found to have the definite activity.
