摘要
本文对砂仁及其伪品的质量进行了化学模式识别研究。从所有样品的一阶导数光谱中获取效量化分类特征,用多指标点绘簇分析法对样品进行分类,依此识别正品砂仁及其伪品,识别准确率达100%。
In this paper, quality assessment of Sharen was accomplished by chemical pattern recognition. The numerical characteristic features for classification were obtained from first derivative UV spectra of samples. Amimum villosum Lour. and Amomum logiligulare T. L. Wu, which are included in Pharmacopoeia of P. R. China, were separated satisfyingly from their adulterants by using the method of clustering analysis of mutivariate data. It proves chemical pattern recognition to be a simple, quick and successful method for identification of traditional Chinese medicine.
