电焊工血清丙二醛含量和红细胞超氧化物歧化酶活性的研究

摘要 本文研究了电焊工血清脂质过氯化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量和红细胞超氯化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果:电焊工血清MDA含量显著高于对照组,红细胞SOD活性低于对照组;血清MDA含量超过吸烟对照组95%可信限上限的异常发生率非常显著,其RR为2.25,红细胞SOD活性低于吸烟对照组95%可信限下限的异常发生率显著,结果表明,电焊工脂质过氧化作用明显增强,细细胞SOD活性受抑制,上述改变可能是电焊时产生多种职业危害因素综合作用的结果。 The content of serum malondialhyde (sMDA) and the activity of erthyrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD) in welding workers were measured. Results obtained from this study indicated that the sMDA content was significatly higher while the SOD activity was lower in welding workers than those in control. The incidence rates of the sMDA content higher than the upper (95%) confidence limit in the smoke control (RR 2. 25) and of the SOD smaller than the lower (95%) confidence limit in the normal control (RR 1. 73) were increased. The results suggested that the lipid peroxidation be increased and erythrocyte SOD activity be decreased in welding workers. These seem to result from the hazard factors of welding.
