COPD时血清脂类过氧化产物和微量元素之间的相关性研究

摘要 本文探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)时血清脂类过氧化产物(LPO),谷胱甘酞过氧化酶(GSH—Px)和微量元素(TE)之间的相关性。通过同步检测46例COPD患者和50例正常人(对照组),发现COPD患者的血清GSH—Px,锌(Zn)和铁(Fe)低于正常对照组(P<0.01),而铜(Cu)和LPO如丙二醛(MDA),水溶性荧光物质(WSFS)则高于对照组,上述各种指数的差异呈非常显著性(P<0.01)。而且,WSFS,MDA与Zn,Fe各个呈负相关;而与Cu呈正相关。同时,WSFS与MDA之间也显示明显的相关性(r=0.85,P<0.01)。这些结果表明COPD患者存在着GSH—Px含量降低,LPO增多和微量元素(Zn,Fe,Cu)之间的比例失调。本资料对于预测COPD患者病情变化和治疗提供科学的依据。 In this paper, the correlations among the sero — lipidic peroxides (LPO), glutathion-peroxdase (GSH-Px) and trace elements (TE) Zn,Fe,Cu were studied in 46 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD group) and in 50 of health volunteers (control group). In COPD group, the levels of GHS-Px,serum Zn and Fe were lower than those in control group, while the levels of serum Cu and lipidic peroxides, such as malondialehyde (MDA) and water-soluble fluorescent substerence (WSFS), were higher than those in control group. The difference in above paraments of both groups was significant statistically (P<0. 01). The levels of WSFS and MDA correlate negatively with the levels of serum Zn and Fe, and positively with the level of serum Cu. A correlation between WSFS and MDA (r=0. 85,P<0. 01) was revealed as well. These results indicated that in COPD patient GSH —Px was reduced, LPO increased and that there was an proportional imbalance among trace elements Zn, Fe and Cu. The data obtained from this study can provide scientific evidences for prediction of the conditions of COPD patients and clinical treatment.
