某污水泵房壁板的裂缝及处理

CREVICES IN THE WALLS OF PUMP HOUSE AND THEIR REMEDIES

西安某污水泵房施工拆模后,发现池壁裂缝多处。经分析认为,砼浇注后10～40小时内,表层与内部间温差、湿差引起拉应力;未设伸缩缝;以及配筋不足是产生裂缝的主要原因。并介绍采用“四矾水玻璃闭水剂”和“凿槽嵌铅法”进行修补,可获得较好效果。

Lots of crevices were found in the walls of a wastewater pump house shortly after its form stripping.Analysis shows that differences of temperature and humidity between the exterior and interior of the walls,lack of expanded joints and shgrt of reinforcement are the main causes of the crevices.Effective remedies are hence suggested in this paper.
