北京市水源九厂变频调速技术应用总结

APPLICATION OF FREQUENCY CONVERSION TECHNOLOGY FOR SPEED REGULATION OF PUM SETS IN BEIJING NO.9 WATER WORKS

摘要 目前,在国内普遍采用的变频调速装置的容量仅为几千瓦至上百千瓦,象水源九厂这样2500千瓦的大容量水泵机组采用变频调速装置在国内尚属首次。本文较详细地介绍了采用 SIMOVERT“A”电流型变频装置的原因、SIMOVERT“A”变频器的工作原理及水泵机组的联动控制等情况。通过两年多的实际运行表明(以配水泵房为例),采用两台调速机组比采用两台定速机组每年节电数约94×10~5kW·h,电费141万元。 The capacity of frequency converter adopted in Beijing No.9 Water Works is up to 2500 kilowatts,greatly exceeding the capacity of this kind of units usually used in China at present, which is from several to hundreds of kilowatts only.This article expounds the reason of choosing the current mode frequency converter SIMOVERT″ A″ and its working principle,and explains the link- age control of the pump sets.Over two years performance shows that the adoption of speed-regu- lated pump sets has the obvious advantage of that of the speed-constant ones in power conserva- tion.
