大鼠烫伤后血流变改变及对几项血流变学指标的评价

摘要 本文测定了大鼠烫伤早期全血表观粘度、血浆粘太及HCT变化;并对常用RBC变形性指标IR、TK、CH在烫伤情况下进行对比性评价。结果发现:伤后1h、3h全血表现粘度显芳性升高,以低切变率下为著:2h时暂时性下降;全血粘度变化与HCT改变相一致;血浆粘度于伤后1h升高并达高峰,3h时明显下降但仍高于伤前;TK、CH伤后呈明显进行性下降,IR除在伤后3h轻微升高外,1h时反而显著降低,与TK、CH呈矛盾现象。实验结果表明:烫伤后全血粘度。血浆粘度及HCT均呈显著性升高;在烫伤时;TK、CH与IR相比在反映RBC变形性方面更为客观可靠。 The whole b1ood and plasrna viscosity and hematocrit (HCT) were investisated at the early stage of scalding in rats. The insufficience of rigidity index 看 (IR), flow-coefficient (TK) and the change coefficient (CH), parameters reflecting RBC deformability, were calculated and evaluated. The results showed that the whole blood apparent viscosity increased aignifklcantly, especially under low shear rate at 1h, slightly decreased at 2h and reelevated at 3h after scalding. The changes of blood viscosity were closely related with HCT. The plasma viscedty increased and reached the peak at 1h after scalding. Its curveline was very similar to that of nonnewton - rluid. At 3h after stalding, plasma viscosity reduced markedly but was still higher than that of prescalding. TK and CH values decred progressively with- in 3 hour after scalding, and IR also showed a significant decrease followed by a slight elevation there- after. The change of IR was in contradiction with those of TK and CH. The results indicate that whole blood and plasma visoosity and HCT all elevated significantly after scalding, Under the cirumstances of scalding, the parameters of CH and TK are more reluable than IR in evaluating RBC deformability.
