SAGS红细胞悬液的血液流变学实验研究与SAGM红细胞悬液的比较

摘要 SAGS和SAGM红细胞悬液是中国科学院输血研究所杨氏提供3名健康供血者的血液标本按常法制备后,贮存于4℃冰箱内,分O天、14天、21天和35天保存期,分别检测血液流变学10项指标井进行比较。 结果表明:(1)SAGS红细胞悬液保存14天、21天时的血流变学检测结果与O天相比,全血粘度的高切变、低切变率,血浆粘度,红细胞压积,红细胞沉降率,红细胞聚集指数,红细胞电泳率与O天均无显著差异(P<0.05)。而35天时的全血粘度高切变率、红细胞压积、红细胞电泳率与O天相比则有显著差异(P<0.05),明显高于(或低于)O天。(2)SAGS和SAGM两种红细胞悬液在各保存期的血流变学检测结果,各项指标间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。SAGM红细胞悬液是国际惟荐的保存液。以上研究结果,进一步证实了SAGS红细胞悬液确具有良吁的临床应用价值。 Purpose; SAGS RBC storage solution is offered and provkied by Blood Transfusinn Research Insti- tote of Chinese Academy of Medical Science. It is used for resuspension and storage of RBC, of which the hematocrit is over 0. 90%. Its effective storage period is about 35 days at 4℃.The survival rate of RBC entered the body is 81. 8±7. 6 per cent. The hemorheological Character of its RBC suspension is studied in ordet to discuss its practical value in clinical practice. Method: The RBC suspension of 3 donors blood samples is prepared individually with SAGS and SAGM with ordinary method and then stored at 4℃. We have detected and compared the 10 items of their hemorheological indexes during the zero day, 14th day, 21st day and 35th day. Results: 1. The results of RBC suspension of SAGS during the 14th day, 21st day and 35th day are compared with that of the zero day. There is no stenificant difference among the 14th day, 21st day and the zero day (p<0. 05) F and there is stgndicant dtherence in the bo shear rate of RBC be- tween the 35th day and the zero day (P<0. 05). 2. There is no significant difference between the RBC suspenston of SAGS and that of SAGM (P<0. 05). Conclusion: The results of the study confirmed that SAGS would be of some practical value in clinical practice.
