菜籽饼饲料资源的开发与利用

A Summary Report on Exploitation and lltilization of Rape-Seed Cake as a Feed Resource

菜籽饼是宝贵的蛋白质饲料资源,营养价值接近豆饼。因其含有芥子甙、单宁、三甲胺、植酸等抗营养因子和毒物,且适口性比较差,很少作饲料使用。近年来国内外对菜籽饼分别进行了浓缩蛋白、高温高压、坑埋、溶剂处理、添加剂等脱毒研究,取得了不同程度的进展。饲料营养学家把菜籽饼按一定比例添加到配合饲料中进行了猪、鸡、鸭、鹅、鱼等动物的饲喂试验,取得了大量试验数据。结果表明,菜籽饼可以部分替代配合饲料中的玉米、豆饼等饲料成分,畜禽饲后亦可正常生长。

Rape-seed cake is one of the valuable protein feed resources, with almost the same nutritve elements as bean cake. It has rarely been used as feed because of the anti-nutrient factors and poisons in it, such as mustard glycoside, tannin, trimethylamine, phytic acid, ets; besides, it doesn't taste well, Researches for detoxication have been made in recent years at home and abroad- condensing protein, pitted earthmulch,high-te-mperature and high-pressure treatment as well as solvent and additive treatments, and certain achievements were gained. some researchers fed pigs, chickens, ducks, geece and fish with rape seed cake mixed up propo rtionally with compound feed, and collected a lot of data. The result shows that rape seed cake can partly replace conn and bean cake in comp-mpund feed, and the animals and poultry grow normally.
