人结合珠蛋白抗血清的制备

本文介绍了离子交换色谱及凝胶过滤色谱,从人血浆中初步纯化出人结合珠蛋白(HAPTOGLOBIN,HP)抗原,对家兔进行免疫制备出Hp粗抗血清,再经固相吸收精制获得特异性的抗Hp血清。

Institute of Forensic Science, Ministry of public Security, Beijing, 100038, The method of purification of preliminary haptoglobin from human serum with ion exchange and gel filtration chromatography was described in this paper. Antiserum was prepared by immunizing the rabbit with the preliminary haptoglobin. The high specfic anti-haptoglobin serum was absorbed with the solid phase serum in which the haptoglobin had been previously removed.
