Dot—ELISA在用酶标单克隆抗体检验体液斑和血痕ABH血型物质中的应用研究

APPLICATION OF DOT-ELISA WITH MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY FOR DETECTION ABH SUBSTANCES IN STAINS OF BODY FIUID AND BLOOD

本文应用Dot-ELISA法用酶标单克隆抗体,直接检验出稀释5万倍的精斑、10万倍的唾液斑及阴道分泌物等体液斑和血痕中ABH物质,还可检验出1～17年的体液斑中ABH物质。全部操作在室温中进行,以肉眼观察颜色变化判断结果,试验周期30～60分钟,准确率100％,实验结果可长期保存。

The Monoclonal Antibodies linked with peroxidase was used in Dot-ELISA for detecting ABH substances in stains of body fluid and blood. Positive reacions were found in 5×10~4-fold dilution of seminal stains and 1×l0~4-fold dilution of salive stains and sweet stains and blood stains, ABH substances in 10-20 years old stains of body fluid were also detected. The positive rate was 100%. The test was performed in room tempreture. The test results showed that the direct Dot-ELISA with Monoclonal Antibodies was sensitive and specific enough for detecting the blooc group substances. The method is simple and easy. So it can be used in forensic science laboratory.
