摘要
从系统工程出发,研究出口生鲜蘑菇的生产系统和保鲜技术。通过宏观质量评价和微观质量测定,证明本文提供的技术是可行的。
Based on system engineering, the production system and keeping fresh techniques for export mushrooms are dealt with. According to the experiments of macro and micro analysis, the techniques put forward in this paper are available.
