摘要
报告了草莓的尺寸、质量、密度及加工过程物料和制品(草莓原汁和草莓酱)的密度、粘度和摩擦系数等物理性质的测定结果,可供设计草莓加工设备之用。
This paper gives the measured results of sizes, mass and density of strawberry and its physical properties, such as densities, viscosity and coefficient of friction, of materials during processing and its products (strawberry juice and jam), thus providing the basis for the design of strawberry-processing equipments.
