摘要
本文在研究织针分离工作表面条件的基础上,建立了考虑针踵与曲线三角针道间隙时的动力学模型,并在模型中考虑了接触点压力角及综合曲率半径对接触刚度的影响,给出了各参数的计算方法。井用计算机模拟计算不同间隙及织针初始飞离工作表面速度对冲击力的影响,计算结果与实验结果相吻合。为合理选择针道间隙提供了依据。
In this paper, with the regard of the backlash between the cam-groove walls and the needle root, a refined dynamic model of knitting needle is suggested. Effects of backlash and initial velocity of needle on the working face are simulated on the computer. The simulated results are in agreement with the measured ones.
