摘要
本文从分析空压机润滑油消耗的机理出发,认定润滑油进入气缸是油耗的主要部分。在采取了改进加工工艺、提高有关零件加工质量、选用适当结构及尺寸参数的活塞环等措施后,使2Z-0.5/10,4V-1.0/10型空压机润滑油油耗由2.5g/kW·h下降到0.17g/kW·h,远低于部颁标准和外商的要求,为上述空压机出口创造了良好的条件。
It is found that the entrance of lubricant into the cylinder is the main cause of its loss in compressor. After the improvement of the matching process and the quality of machine parts, and selection of the proper piston ring structure and its size, the lubricant loss of Types 2Z-0.5/ 10 and 4V-1.0/ 10 is decreased from 2.5 g/ kW. h to 0.175 g/ kW. h, far much better than that in Standard issued by the Ministry of Machine-building and Electronics Industry, and the requirements set by the foreign customers, thus providing a favourable basis for the exportation of the compressor.
