摘要
概括地介绍了目前国内外螺旋离心泵的研究状况,在泵的内部流动及性能方面介绍了设计工况下泵内流场的三元非粘性有限元和边界元计算结果,同时给出了设计工况和小流量工况下用油点法得到的叶轮表面的可视化照片,以及气泡和固体颗粒在叶轮内运动轨迹的计算结果,最后还介绍了泵的结构参数对泵性能的影响。
Present rcscach status is introduced.In inner flow of pump and its pcrformancc.thrcc-dimensional inviscidc calculated results by FEM and BEM, visualized film on impeller surface by oil drop mcthod.and calculated flow track of air bubbles and solid particles in impeller, arc presented, at last, effect of structural sizes of pump on performance is narrated.
