摘要
在不同的冲击速度和冲角下对一种韧性金属材料(45钢)进行了冲蚀磨损实验,用金相方法和扫描电镜考察了试样上单个冲蚀坑和稳态冲蚀表面的形貌。根据实验结果并结合前人的工作,分析了韧性金属材料的冲蚀机理,提出了一个相应的冲蚀磨损理论模型。
Erosion of ductile metal is carried out at different velocities of particles and various angles of impingement, SEM and optic microscope surveys made of single-impact crater and steady state erosion surface to investigate erosion mechanism of ductile metals. Based on work done by the author and others, a theoretical model is proposed for erosion of metals.
