直喷式柴油机气缸内喷雾特性的研究

摘要 本文介绍直喷式柴油机燃油喷射和气缸内喷雾特性的统一计算模型。模型中考虑了喷油过程、气缸内气流运动和燃烧室结构等对燃油喷雾贯穿及分布的影响。高压油管内燃油运动用特征线法求解,喷雾过程用稳态射流理论计算,本文还对采用高速摄影技术研究柴油机气缸内喷雾贯穿作了讨论。 Unified model is established for calculating fuel injection process and incylinder spraying characteristics. Influence of fuel injection process, incylinder air motion and combustion chamber structure on fuel spray penetration and distribution is taken into account in the model. Characteristic theory is used to solve fuel pressure and velocity equation in the fuel line. Stable-state turbulence jet theory is applied to set up spraying characteristics model. Fuel spray penetration and distribution studied with high speed photography is also discussed.
