摘要
本文研究了羟甲基戊二醛(HMG)与淀粉、尼龙、修饰胶原及甘氯酸的反应,证明 HMG 与胶原蛋白的氨基和酪氨酸残基形成不可逆共价交联是成革耐洗、耐汗的主要原因。脲萃取表明氢键的形成对鞣制也有一定的贡献。HMG 与甘氨酸的反应是二级反应。
The reaction of HMG (Hydroxymethylglutaraldehyde)with collagen has been studied by simulation test.Starch,nylon-66,gelatin,modified collagen and pickled ox-hide collagen were used as model substrates.The results of urea extraction,reaction with model substrates, amino acid analysis.IR showed that amino groups and the remnants of tyrosine group in collagen are main Crosslink locations and those crosslinks are irreversible.This is also the reason why HMG treated hide is sweat-resisting and washing well.The reaction of HMG with glycine is a second order reaction.
