摘要
实验表明,Si_3N_4陶瓷在1200℃的空气中氧化后,其室温强度随着氧化时间的增加呈现出先增加后下降的趋势,其中在1200℃的空气中氧化75小时后宣温强度提高了16%。当在1300℃的空气中氧化100小时后,高温强度提高了22%。
Effect of oxidation on room-temperature strength and high-temperature strength of Si_3N_4ceramics with additive of Al_2O_3has been investigated.The results indicate that the room-temperature strength of Si_3N_4ceramics oxidized at 1200℃ in the air firstly increases with the oxideting time and then decredases.The strength increases by 16% after 75 hours in oxidizing process.The high-temperature strength of Si_3O_4ceramics oxidized at 1300℃ in the air increases with the oxide time.The strength increases by 22% after 100 hours in oxi- dizing.
