摘要
有序体积分数是材料有序一无序转变研究中一个不可或缺的参量。本文从X光定量相分析理论,给出了利用X光衍射强度来标定掺镧铌镁酸铅(PLMN)陶瓷有序体积分数的一种方法,并将它推广到同种类型的其它材料中。
With the help of quantitative phase analysis theory of X-ray,ordered volume propor- tion in La^(3+)doped lead magnesium niobate(PLMN)ceramics is given.The method in the study is applied to other same type materials.
