摘要
采用化学共沉淀方法制备了四方相含量达80%的ZrO_2超细粉末(3mol%Y_2O_3),加入BGC材料中烧结,结果表明空气中常压条件下烧结难以得到BGC-ZrO_2复合材料致密体。1300℃左右烧成的复合材料中仍存在BGC各相,但ZrO_2均以单斜相存在。含ZrO_250wt%的试样气孔率为18.3%,抗弯强度为50MPa,比相同气孔率BGC材料的强度提高40%,本文讨论其原因。
The ultrafine powder of the tetragonal phase ZrO_2 has been prepared doped with 3 mol% Y_2O_3 by the method of chemical co-precipitation.It is difficult to obtain the dense compacts of BGC-ZrO_2 composites in air under common pressure.There are all phases of BGC and no tetragonal but monoclinic ZrO_2 in the compacts sintered at around 1300℃ Fracture strength of Z50 sample(50 wt% ZrO_2)reaches 50 MPa,it is improved 40% that of BGC.
