摘要
采用PbO—B_2O_3—SiO_2系统基釉,后磨加着色颜料,制得装饰加工平板玻璃用的红、黄、绿、白、米黄六种色釉。详细讨论了基釉组成和工艺因素对色釉性能的影响。
In this paper,the making process of red,yellow,green,blue,white and cream-cdored glazes is reported.These colored glazes are used to decorate sheet glass.The influence of the base glaze composition and technology factors on the quality of glazes are discussed.Ac- cording to the glossiness and the ability of water and water vapor resistance of each glaze,the best base glaze composition and quantity of color agents and firing time and tem- perature are decided.
