摘要
采用陕西蒲白5号煤夹矸作为起始原料,经低温水热反应人工合成NaA型沸石,旨在变废为宝,综合利用天然资源,保护矿区环境和水源生态平衡。在850℃以上温度条件下焙烧脱碳后的5号煤夹矸的白度达83%。经800℃~900℃温度范围处理后的脱碳活性化蒲白5号煤夹矸在一定的水热反应条件下所生成的新晶相均为NaA型沸石,钙离子交换率为(284~290)CaCO_3mg/g沸石。而经950℃焙烧后的蒲白5号煤夹矸在相同水热反应条件下的合成产物为NaP型沸石。用作合成NaA型沸石起始原料的蒲白5号煤夹矸的脱碳活化最佳条件为850℃、6小时、氧化气氛。
NaA-zeolite was hydrothremally synthesized from the carbonaceous kaolinite as No.5 gangue at Pubai in Shannxi province.It aimed at making good use of natural resources,pro- tecting atmosphere of mine-field and keeping biological balance in water-source.The sam- ple of No.5 gangue decarbonized above 850℃ had a relatively high whiteness of 83%.The products of hydrothermal synthesis from No.5 gangue decarbonized and activated was a new crystalline phase of NaA-zeolite in the calcing range of 800~900℃,which had Ca^(2+)ion-exchange ability of 284~290 CaCO_3mg/g zeolite;but NaPI-zeolite at the calcin- ing temperature of 950℃.The calcining condition of 850℃,6h would seem to be suitable for the synthesizing of NaA-zerolite
