摘要
现代工业产品都是在综合用户要求的基础上,按规范化的产品标准及合理的工序加工能力组织生产。产品主要技术参数的设计及工序加工能力的确定,应坚持既要保证产品的功能要求,又要使产品在生产和使用中社会经济损失最小。对于后者,目前尚未引起我国工业界的足够重视,而常常给社会带来很大浪费。日本学者称,如果工厂的设计和生产不坚持社会经济损失最小原则,则工厂比小偷还坏,以呼唤工业界的社会经济责任感。本文以损失函数理论为基础,结合白色陶质釉面砖主要技术参数设计及工序加工能力确定,研究产品设计及工序加工能力的经济分析方法。
On the base of synthesizing user requirments,all modern industrizal products are or- ganized and producted according to standardization product standard and reasonable pro- cess capability To design key technical parameter of product and to determine process ca- pability,it must be not only to insist on ensuring the function requirements of product,but also to make the product social-economic loss in making and using least.For the latter, nowdays it dosen't cause great attention of industrial circles of our country,and it often brings great waste to society Japanese scholar thinks if factory doesn't insist on the princople of social-enconmic loss least to product design and manufacture,factory is worse than thief.Their aim is to arouse sicial-econimic sense of responsibility in industeial circles. Basing on the theory of loss function,combining the design of key patameters of white pottery glazed tiles and the determination of procsess capability,this paper study the eco- nomic analysis method of porduct design and process capability.
