摘要
本研究采用45号碳钢(调质)工件和HT25铸铁工件,机械委成都工具研究所生产的P_1、P_(16)、T_c牌号陶瓷刀片,根据ISO刀具寿命试验方法进行了车削实验研究,得出了各种刀具的寿命曲线和寿命方程式,对各种刀具的性能及合理使用范围进行了讨论,还在相同切削条件下与同类牌号的日本东芝钨陶瓷刀具的切削性能作了比较分析,得出了国产陶瓷刀片的切削性能略优于同类牌号日本刀片的结果,为推广使用国产陶瓷刀具提供了一些具体的实验数据。
This paper performs the turning test reserch on the adaptability of model P_1,T_(16) and T_c ceramic bit made in Chengdu Tool Institute Affiliated with National Nechanical Committee in accordance with ISO 3685-1977 tool-life test method,using 45 carbon steel workpiece and HT25 casting.The various tool-life curves and equations are derived.At a times,the performance and reasonable scope of application of tools are discussed.By comparision to the cutting performance of the counterpart made in Japan-Toshiba tungaiox under same conditions,the useful conclusion is that,the cutting performances of national tool are superior to that of Japan-made tool,and the detail test data are provided fot the promotion of wide application of national ceramic cutting tools.
