摘要
荧光灯管为静电喷涂,与溶液涂敷法相比,具有涂层质量好(光效高、光衰少)、能耗低、工艺过程简单、操作管理方便等特点。本综述主要讨论荧光灯高压静电涂粉的工艺过程和原理及主要操控条件。
Compared with the solution smearing method,the high-pressure electrostaic spary coating method has the characteristics of high quality of coating(higher luminous efficiency and lower bright decline),low level of energy consumption,simple technological process and operation ect.In this paper,the principles,technological process,conditions of opera- tion and controlment have been discussed.
