摘要
本文系统研究了重量法、容量法(包括羟胺法、亚硫酸氢钠法、碘量法)以及分光光度法测定羟甲基成二醛羰基含量时的影响因素,确定了最佳分析条件并根据分析结果求出了羟甲基戊二醛的平均分子量。
The methods for quantitative determination of carbonyl group of hydroxymethyl glutaraldehyde were studied.The optimum conditions for gravimetry,volumetry and spectrophotometry were also been researched. At last the average molecular weigh of Hydroxymethylglutaraldehyde in aqueous solution were been evaluated.
