摘要
目的:探讨缺乏淋巴管的脑组织中血管周围组织通道在急性高血压脑水肿时的功能情况。方法:雄性S-D大鼠24只随机平均分成实验组和对照组,实验组大鼠静脉输入盐酸去氧肾上腺素升高血压以复制高血压脑水肿模型;两组动物均在脑内活体定位注入FITC标记白蛋白(FITClabeledalbumin,FA),3h后灌注固定脑组织并切薄片置荧光显微镜下观察比较。结果:在对照组,周围有荧光浓集的血管影像和血管周围荧光浓集细胞影像出现较少,而且多局限在荧光扩散的区域内或区域边缘;实验组脑组织中周围有荧光浓集的血管影像和血管周围荧光浓集细胞影像均明显多见,两种影像不仅出现在荧光扩散区域内、区域边缘,而且出现在远离荧光扩散区的部位。结论:高血压脑水肿时,在缺乏淋巴管的脑组织内,血管周围组织通道的引流组织液、清除大分子物质等类似淋巴管功能代偿性增强。
AIM:To study the function of perivascular tissue channel in brain tissue which lack of lymphatic vessel in acute hypertensive brain edema. METHODS:Twenty four male SD rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group of 12 each;acute hypertensive brain edema models were established in the experimental group by intravenous infusion of hydrochlonic phenylephrine;FITC labeled albumin was microinjected into brain in vivo by using stereotaxic technique in both groups;3 hours later,the brain was fixed by perfusion and cut into thin slices,which were observed under fluorescence microscope. RESULTS: In the control group, fluorescence concentrated vascular images and cell images around were fewer and only observed in the area where fluorescence tracer diffused, or in the margin of the area; whereas, there were more such images in the experimental group, and they were observed not only in area where fluorescence tracer diffused, but also in the area far from it. CONCLUSION: When hypertensive edema happens in brain tissue which lack of lymphatic vessel,the cerebral perivascular tissue channel's function of drainage of tissue fluid and clearance of substance with large molecular mass,which is similar to lymphatic vessel,is reinforced in compensation.
