摘要
本文主要对纺速为3300米/分的涤纶高速纺预取向丝进行热处理,用动态力学、染色、密度梯度、双折射、声速、X-射线衍射等试验方法研究其结构、动态力学性能、上染率以及它们之间的相互关系。结果发现,随着定型温度的增加,预取向丝非晶结构从双重非晶态向网络间非晶态的结构变化。双折射与结晶度呈直线关系,X-射线衍射试验初步证明晶区取向基本不变,上染率随着热处理温度的增加而降低。并建立了上染率与结构因素与力学损耗之间的关系。
The dynamic mechanical properties and dyeability of heat-treatment PET POY spun at 3000m/min,and the relationship between them were investigated by various methods,such as dynamicmechanical testing,dyeing,birefringence,density gradient and X-ray diffraction.The resultsshow that the amorphous structure of POY changes from double amorphous system to netted amorp-hous one with increase of heat-treatment temperature.Birefrigence increases linearly with crystal-linity,and X-ray diffraction indicates that orientation degree of crystals is maintained.Dyeexhaustion decreases with increase of heat-treatment temperature.A correlation between(tanδ)maxand dye exhaustion was given.
