摘要
FA042连续称量机是一种新型中长纤维混纺设备,它用微型计算机控制及变频调速技术,不仅简化了机械结构,还提高了控制的精确度、灵敏度和稳定性,能使混纺比得到明显的改进。本文从工艺角度对其进行论述。
The continuous weighting equipment type FA 042 is used in the spinning of blended mediumstaple fibre.It employs the technology of micro-computer and variable frequency speed regulationto control the weighting process.The control can not only simplified the structure of mechanism,but also has a high sensitivity and stability.The blended ratio gets an evident improvement.Thisarticle introduces the equipment with respect to the technical process.
