用核磁共振法测定生丝结晶度的研究

Research on Crystallinity of Raw Silk by Using Nuclear Magnetic Resonance

本文应用核磁共振法测定了生丝及其丝素的结晶度,并用X-衍射法和密度梯度法进行了对比测定。结果表明:自动缫生丝结晶度大于立缫生丝结晶度;自动缫丝素结晶度略大于立缫丝素结晶度。核磁共振法的测定结果和X-衍射法、密度梯度法具有很好的一致性与可靠性。

In tis paper,the method of NMR is used to determine the crystallinity of raw silk and fibroin.Also are used the methods of x-ray diffraction and density gradient.Thr results show that the cryst-allinity of automatic reeling raw silk is higher than that of multi-end reeling one,whereas the cryst-allinity of automatic reeling fibroin is somewhat higher than that of multi-end one,The determinedresults by NMR,x-ray diffraction and density gradient have a good consistency and realiability.
