Discussion on Finishing Technology of T/C Down-Proof emmerized Fabric

本文简要介绍了磨毛机概况,探讨了织物磨毛的基本原理,并根据本厂现有设备条件,设计了比较合理的磨毛羽绒产品加工工艺。认为涤棉羽绒织物染前磨毛优于染后磨毛;织物磨毛前大卷装和磨毛后重定形是提高产品质量的有效措施。

In this article is discussed the present state of emmerizing machine,the basic principle of fabric'semmerizing,and designed a reasonable process technology for the emmerized down-proof fabric.according to the author's factory equipment,it is found out that it is better to emmerize the fabricprior to dyeing than after,which is an effective way to increase the quality of the fabric.And it isfound out too that the large package and resetting after emmerizing are effective measures to raisethe quality of the product.
