摘要
本文研究了紫外分光光度法测定棉纤维可溶性总糖的最佳实验条件,测得条件摩尔吸光系数ε^(282)=1.23×10~41/(mol·cm),总糖回收率为99.4%,相对标准偏差为3%。本文对大量棉样进行了测定,结果满意,方法简便、快速、准确。
This paper has presented the optimal experimental conditions under which the total soluble hone-ydew content in cotton fibre has been measured through ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The resu-lts thus obtained are:the conditional molar coefficient of light absorption ε^(252)=1.23×10~4l/(molcm),the total honeydew recovery 99.4%,and the relative standard deviation 3%.The measurementhas been conducted with a large quantity ef samples,and has proved rapid,simple and precise.
