摘要
本文采用尿素——磷酸、氢氧化钠以及尿素——磷酸和氢氧化钠结合的方法对不同醚化基醚化2D 整理剂整理织物进行水解,比较了各种醚化2D 整理剂的耐酸、耐碱水解的稳定性及其与释放甲醛的关系。实验证明,醚化2D 整理剂由于耐水解稳定性提高,使整理织物的释放甲醛量降低,而醚化2D 整理剂耐水解稳定性的程度则取决于醚化基的性质。此外对醚化2D 的耐酸水解稳定性作了动力学分析。
Cotton fabrics treated with various etherified DMDHEU crosslinking finishes were subjec-ted to hydrolysis by urea-phosphoric acid,sodium hydroxide and urea-phosphoric acid followedby sodium hydroxide.The hydrolysis stability was compared for various etherified DMDHEUfinishes towards acidic and alkaline,and the relationship was studied between the hydrolysisstability and formaldehyde releasing as well.It was shown that etherified DMDHEU finisheswith hgih stability had low amount of formaldehyde releasing.The stability of etherifiedDMDHEU finishes depended on the nature of the etherifing groups.A kinetic analysis was givenfor the stability of etherified DMDHEU finishes towards acidic hydrolysis.
