摘要
本文用数理统计中平均值(m)和标准偏差(s)来表示染料的上染特性参数,同时通过移染性的测定,从热力学和动力学角度讨论了弱酸性染料性质对真丝绸染色过程最优化的影响。若控制临界上染区的临界上染速率,按照染料的移染特性来正确选择染料和染色工艺,则可为染色过程的最优化提供依据。
The paper has expressed the characteristic parameters of acid-dyes in the silk exha ust dyeing in term of average value(M)and standard variation(S)in the mathematical statitics, and discussed the influence of the characteristics(exhaustability,migratability and compatibi- lity,etc.)of acid dyes on the optimization of silk dyeing process with the concepts of ther- modynamics and kinetices.According to the characteristic parameters of dyes in the exhaustdyeing,and lor the migratability of dyes,and the rate of critical exhaust,the dyes and the dyeing technology may be correctly selected.It provides scientific basis for the reduction of dyeing time,the enhancement of dyeing quality and the optimization of the dyeing process.
