纤维材料强度伸长率测试仪的设计和研制

摘要 作者在研究、设计、试制强度伸长率仪的过程中,在四个方面有改进和创新;一是进行了加载机构的最优化设计,使加载机构等加载速率的最大时间差为0.0388秒(进口仪为0.24秒);二是在微机上进行优化设计,提出解机器运动微分方程的“迭代方法”,可直接求某一位置的解,所需时间比RK法快一百多倍;三是探明了产生“过冲”的原因并提出了解决办法;四是发现并找出了消除附加动载荷的方法。该仪器已通过国家鉴定。 The author has applied four new ideas to the designing and production of fibre strengthelongation instrument.The first idea was the design optimization of loading mechanism andmade the maximum time for loading be 0.0388 sec.(for foreign instrument is 0.24 sec.).Thesecond idea was as to the“repeated instead method”during optimization on microcomputer.The method could solve certain position problems directly,and the solving time was about100 times faster than the RK method.The third idea was to investigate the reason for“overpass”and a method is put forward which need not to correct by testing and calculation.Thefinal idea was to diminish the additional dynamic load.The instrument has passed the stateevaluation procedure.
