聚乙烯醇钛纤维含钛量和处理条件与吸铀值的试验

摘要 本文介绍了以聚乙烯醇粒子、凝固纤维、拉伸纤维、热处理纤维及维纶长丝,经钛液处理后制成的聚乙烯醇钛纤维吸取海水中铀的试验情况。文中阐述了钛液配方,不同制备条件和方法对吸铀值及含钛量的影响。 This paper introduces the experiment of the absorption uranium for sea water with poly-vinyl alcohol titanium fibre extruded from particulate polyvinyl alcohol,through solidfyingfibre strecthing,and hot stretching with titanyl sulfate,It expounds the factors affecting onthe investigated parameters,including titanyl sulfate formulation,materials aqueous baths,solidfying baths,etc.The experimental results shows that various factors of absorption ura-nium are polyvinyl alcohol form,composed of titanyl sulfate,and treatment time.For the poly-vinyl alcohol fibre of acetalization,the binding titanium energy is lower than that for thefibre of unacetalization.
