摘要
采用电液比例技术和STD总线式工业控制机及PID(比例积分和微分)算法控制500g注塑机注射温度和速度,实践证明工作可靠,改善了塑料制品的质量,提高了加工效率。
Using the electro-hydraulic proportional technique and the STD-BUS industrial control computer and the PID (proportion,integration, derivation) algorithm can control the injection temperature and speed of a 500g injection mold. It is showed that the reliability of the injection mold and the quality of the plastic products are improved, and the efficiency of manufacturing is also increased.
