100％红麻全杆化机浆试制新闻纸的研究

STUDY OF TRIAL-PRODUCING NEWSPRINT FROM 100% KENAF CMP

在实验室条件下,将红麻全杆在2％NaOH、5％Na_2SO_3、温度140℃、保温时间30分条件下预处理,然后经实验盘磨机三段磨浆,抄出了组织均匀、吸收性良好的纸页,其物理性能指标除平滑度外都达到或超过了新闻纸的国家标准,本研究为生产上采用红麻抄造新闻纸提供了依据。

The kenaf was pretreated in condition of 2% NaOH,5% Na_2SO_3,140℃,and keeping temperature 30 minutes,and then,it was refined by refiner with three times,as a result,the paper with oven tissue and fine obsorption property was made which physical property indexes are equal or superior to newsprint national standard but smoothness. The results show that the production of newsprint from 100% kenaf is feasible in laboratory, thereby providing basis for making newsprint from kenaf, it is important signficance in our country lacking resourse of wood.
