摘要
本文对迷迭香抗氧化剂的萃取及有效成分的分离和鉴定方法进行了综述,并列举出7种具有抗氧活性物质的名称和结构式。
The extracting technique of the rosemary natural food antioxidant as well as the isolating and detecting methods have been summarized in this paper, besides,the term and the structural formula of the seven active constituents have been listed ne by one.
